ChatGPT Terms of Service
This License governs the use of the prompt-based GPT tools (“Products”) sold and distributed by mnntve via the OpenAI GPT platform. By purchasing or using these Products, you (“Licensee”) agree to the following terms:
1. License Grant
Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the provided GPT-based tools for generating visual content (e.g., icons or illustrations) for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the limitations outlined herein.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All prompts, configurations, and related materials provided constitute proprietary content owned by mnntve. This license does not grant rights to any underlying AI models (e.g., GPT or DALL·E), which are the property of their respective operators.
3. Lifetime Access Definition
“Lifetime access” refers to the period during which mnntve maintains an active and publicly accessible platform for delivering the Products. If the business ceases operations, discontinues the Product line, or takes the platform offline, access to the Products may terminate without refund or further obligation.
4. Third-Party Dependency Disclaimer
The Products rely on external systems provided by third parties (including OpenAI’s GPT platform). mnntve makes no guarantees regarding the ongoing availability, functionality, or compatibility of the Products in the event of:
* Changes to GPT capabilities, availability, or pricing
* Discontinuation of custom GPT support
* Access restrictions imposed by OpenAI or related services
Licensee acknowledges and accepts that [Your Name or Business Name] shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of access caused by these external factors.
5. Generated Output Disclaimer
The content generated by the GPT tools is produced through machine learning systems and is not reviewed or moderated by mnntve. No representations are made regarding the originality, accuracy, legality, or suitability of outputs. Licensee assumes full responsibility for any use of such outputs, including compliance with all applicable laws and intellectual property rights.
6. Usage Restrictions
Licensee may not:
* Reproduce, distribute, or resell the Products or any GPT configurations contained therein
* Publicly share prompt logic or claim authorship of the GPTs
* Use the Products to develop derivative or competitive tools
7. Indemnification
Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless mnntve from any and all claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the Products or any generated content.
8. Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the Products and immediate access granted upon purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
9. Support Policy
Product support is limited to access and delivery issues. mnntve does not provide prompt customization, technical assistance with GPT behavior, or guarantees of specific visual results.
10. Product Modifications
mnntve reserves the right to modify, improve, replace, or retire individual GPTs in the Product bundle, provided the overall value and scope of the offering remains reasonably consistent with what was purchased.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
